A quiet town of 50,000 on the border of Germany and Austria in Bavaria. This "City of Three Rivers" sits at the confluence of the Danube, Inn and Ilz Rivers. Italian artists redesigned the town after fires in 1662 and 1680 and gave it its Baroque, Rococo, and Neo-Classical façades.
