One of the new Viking longships, the Heimdal was built in 2014 in Germany. It measures 443 feet long; a crew of 50; 190 guests; 4 decks; and 95 staterooms. Viking generally docks its terrific longships at in-city locations, allowing passengers to enjoy a leisurely walk or a beverage in town.
